Good news folks! We have installed new water filters for each block. Hopefully, we will all enjoy better water quality. They are very large filters, about 7 ft x 2 ft each.

Hi! I'm sure we're all happy to see the painting work being done. Please do remember to keep your doors and windows closed since we will be painting inside the balconies as well as water "jetting" the walls. You might be experiencing some TV reception issues because of the scaffolding and we thank you for your patience.
The painting job happens in 4 stages after cleaning the walls, first the sealent goes on to fix cracks and such deficiencies. Then a base coat of white paint, followed by the actual paint color painted twice.
Hello everyone, you may have seen the tree cutting happening over the last few weeks. Due to strong winds and rainstorms, we have requested for DBKL to help cut down some of the branches to avoid any accident on cars/property parked below them.
We have also done some work within our compound.
